If any misuse of channel/content or using cross channel is observed by client/LS Digital team, penalty will be imposed i.e. Rs. 2 Lakh or double the RO value (whichever is higher)

If any escalation is received from Compliance for marketing malpractices, Publisher will be solely responsible for the penalty.

Publisher or sub-publisher will be directly answerable to client or other legal parties in terms of penalty cost or issues raised by Compliance in case of misrepresentation of the information.

Campaign advertisement activity should be done in a brand safe environment.

The mandate only allows a publisher/sub-publisher to run campaigns on allowed sources mentioned above, using any other channel apart from approved ones is not allowed.

Publishers will be penalized for manipulation with the creative, ad copies.

Traffic should only be delivered from demographic & geo targeting set by the client.

Only use approved content/creative from the client, otherwise it will be directly penalized.

Any changes made in the link if found will be penalized.
